Because you don't have Java in you machine you can't use JME editor. Please Install java to use JME editor but you can use submit smiles and upload file option
either A) Draw your molecule (above in JME) and click view
either B) Select the molecule format and structure type
Then either paste you molecule or upload file
1)Paste your molecule
2)Upload a file
